Payment plans can be accompished by submitting a 1/3 deposit along with a series of post-dated checks or schedule of credit card charges. This schedule of payments can be entered on page two of the Summer Camp Registraton Form.

Summer Sessions are two weeks, Monday thru Friday. Split Sessions of one week are also available.

Mini Camps and Specialty Camps are one week.

Transportation is provided from most eastern Connecticut towns.

Registration Policies

Camp fees are determined by the date your registration is post-marked, and your choice of paying in full at that time or making a one-third deposit. Families choosing to register with the 1/3 deposit option must pay their remaining balance prior to attendance.
 
Changing sessions once you’ve registered is easy, as long as space allows.  There is no fee for changing sessions.  A phone call or a note to our office can switch a child’s camp dates to accommodate changing family plans. 

Adding sessions at a later date is possible if space allows.  Added sessions will be billed at the camp fee determined by the date and method of payment at the time of the addition.

Splitting sessions, enrolling for one-week only of a two-week session, is possible provided that a camper is registered for at least one full two-week session. Split session fees are 50% of the applicable full session camp fee. Further explanation of Split Sessions may be found in our FAQs.

Refunds:  Fifty dollars of each camper’s total camp fee is nonrefundable.  In case of illness or circumstances beyond the camp’s control, a refund will be made for all days in excess of three consecutive days of absence.

Cancellations:  An additional fifty dollars assessment will be made for cancellations with less than four weeks’ notice.
 
Tax credits:  Parents using camp as childcare may qualify for tax credits of up to 30% if eligible.  Check with your accountant or local IRS office for details.  State employees might want to inquire about the Child Care Reimbursement Program.
